Big Business Fun Festival 2019

For the third time in a row, Pavel Timets became one of the speakers of the grandest summer business festivals of Saint-Petersburg — the BBFF 2019. This year, his report was titled «Economy of Experiences. Buffing the value proposition with experiences». For those who weren’t able to attend, here are general points:

• Evolution of the value proposition looks like this: getting raw materials, producing goods, establishing services, establishing experiences;
• Purchasing experiences makes people happier and more satisfied than purchasing goods or services;
• Best things are not things;
• Happiness lies in experiences, not goods, and is about entertainment, not services.

The report was naturally followed by a discussion with attendees. The most active participants received copies of Fantastic Park. Entertainment Centers: From Projects to Happy Guests, and sets of branded bookmarks.
