Chilling on Monday!
We have a case for increasing attendance on weekdays — holding staff parties on Mondays. Monday is traditionally a day-off for many HoReCa employees (hotels, restaurants, cafes, entertainment centers, nightclubs). They’ve worked on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and at the beginning of the week, on days of low attendance, they can relax.
We are glad to open the doors of entertainment centers to the HoReCa staff. Thus, we give our employees an opportunity to relax and invite colleagues from other places — DJs, bartenders, waiters, hostesses, hookah-makers, dancers, cooks, managers. In such way, we form a pool of not only current but also potential employees, loyal to the workplace, who know about us, about those who work with us and about the cool thing here.
More pragmatic bonuses include the weekend staff having money (tips, for example). And we as a place are no less interested in this audience than in any other. The average check for such events is usually higher than the typical one. The staff-party is a real treasure for Mondays!
You need to prepare for staff-events, like to any other, in advance. It’s necessary to mark the event in the event calendar, leaving time for the preparation of invitations, programs, competitions, and other things.
