St. Petersburg will host Big Business Fun Festival from June 7th to June 9th.

Big — more than 100 speakers and 5000 participants together on the festival site.

Business — action-oriented and useful speeches in 7 areas: Financial technology, Top-management, Sales, Marketing, Business-process building, Entrepreneurship, HR, Start-ups.

Fun — leisure, games, delicious food, stress-free networking, music and football.

Festival — 3 days in the entertaining atmosphere of a company party!

I used to be one of the BBFF speakers last year and talked about the corporate culture in our entertainment centres. This year, on the 2nd day of the festival, within the framework of HR lectorium, you’ll be able to listen to my speech about assessments — an effective way of mass staff recruitment. With a help of assessments we’ve recruited more than 250 employees to work at a new entertainment centre within 2 weeks!

You will also find out how to test a foreign language knowledge of 25 candidates in 5 minutes and why adults need to do the «chicken dance». The most involved and active participants will not go back empty-handed. They will get memorable gifts from me!

I plan on taking part in the mini-conference «Tabouret from BBFF» as well. We touched upon a hot-button issue of legalize in 2017. This time I plan on bringing up equally hot issues for discussion.
